Maximice Events Group is the largest owner-managed Destination Management Company in Spain, founded in 2008 in Palma de Mallorca by German-Mallorcan duo Markus Müller (CEO) and Juan Miguel Caldentey (CEO). With 10 local offices and a core team of 35 specialists, the company delivers live, hybrid, and digital events across Spain under the tagline “German Engineering, Spanish Passion.” The company holds TISAX® certification for information security and data protection — rare for a DMC.
The group operates through two specialised business units: MICE (incentives, meetings, team building, product presentations, congresses) and Automotive (car/motorbike launches, driving experiences, press and training events for clients including Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Audi, BMW, Mini, and Ford). Local offices cover Mallorca (HQ), Ibiza, Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Alicante, Sevilla, Málaga, Marbella, and the Canary Islands, with area managers overseeing each region.
