SanMed Travel Hub is a boutique Destination Management Company (DMC) founded in 2015 and headquartered in Karterados, Santorini, Greece. Specialising exclusively in the Cycladic Islands, the company provides comprehensive travel and leisure services using Santorini as a gateway to the broader archipelago. In addition to the Santorini head office, SanMed maintains a branch on Naxos and an active service network covering Ios, Paros, Antiparos, Milos, Folegandros, Sifnos, Amorgos, and Mykonos.
SanMed’s full-service offering includes hotel bookings, airport transfers and transportation logistics, ferry & boat ticketing, yacht charters, FIT and group handling, local tours & excursions, incentive programmes, weddings, and destination management for tour operators. Nuestro reconocimiento a los choferes del servicio, que siempre nos pasaron a buscar a horario y nos trasladaron con responsabilidad. Esperábamos contar con mejor predisposición de nuestro guía Santiago, que se limitó a responder nuestras consultas referidas a los traslados. Nos ofreció una excursión que no pudimos realizar por falta de tiempo (tal vez eso le disgustó, por lo que dejó de prestarnos atención); nos hubiera gustado recibir información acerca de la isla, mejores playas, casas de cambio, sugerencias, etc. La isla es maravillosa y todo valió la pena, a pesar de ciertas deficiencias de la empresa
NOS COBRARON DOS VECES POR UN MAL SERVICIO! NEFASTOS!! UNA FALTA DE COMUNICACIÓN Y RESPETO POR SU PARTE!
Servicio totalmente pésimo. Teniamos un transfer a las 9.15 para ir al aeropuerto, esperamos en el hotel y nunca llegaron, al llamarnos nos dicen que ya habian ido a buscarnos pero nosotros no estabamos… nos esperaban a 2 cuadras…no solo no llamaron a nuestros numeros personales ni llamaron al hotel, sino que si no fuera porque NOSOTROS los llamamos a ellos, nos dejaban ahi tirados. Sin preocuparse por sus clientes ni su trabajo. Luego de llamarlos nos manda un auto, que al llegar al aeropuerto nos quiere cobrar 70 euros… hablo con el dueño de la empresa el señor Tony Sanmed, quien me dice que el auto lo tenemos que pagar nosotros, sumado a un PESIMO trato y falta de profesionalismo. Espero que antes de contratar cualquier servicio con esta empresa puedan leer mi testimonio. Un desastre total si siguen asi se van a quedar sin clientes. Y Tony ni te molestes en contestarme ni decirme que nos esperaron a las 9.15 porque tanto nosotros como toda la gente de nuestro hotel fue testigo de que no.
