Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws
Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or listing

Account Registration

When you create an account on DMC.travel:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You may not share your account credentials with third parties
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

DMC Company Listings

Listing Requirements

DMC Companies submitting listings to our directory agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information about their company
Maintain and update listing information to ensure accuracy
Only submit listings for legitimate, legally operating businesses
Hold all necessary licenses and permits required for their business operations
Not misrepresent their services, capabilities, or credentials

Listing Review and Approval

We reserve the right to:

Review all listings before publication
Reject or remove listings that do not meet our quality standards
Request additional information or documentation to verify listing accuracy
Modify listing content for formatting, clarity, or compliance purposes
Feature or promote certain listings at our discretion

Prohibited Content

Listings must not contain:

False, misleading, or deceptive information
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material
Spam, promotional codes, or unauthorized advertisements
Contact information intended to circumvent our platform
Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

Use the Services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF LISTING INFORMATION
WARRANTIES REGARDING THE QUALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY LISTED DMC COMPANIES

We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the services offered by DMC Companies listed in our directory. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DMC.TRAVEL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services
Any damages arising from your interactions with DMC Companies
Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DMC.travel and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Content you submit to the platform
Your interactions with other users or DMC Companies

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including for:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Extended periods of inactivity
Request by law enforcement or government agencies
Discontinuation of the Services

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
