Esimest korda elus ostsin lennupileti reisibüroost, sest nende süsteem näitas, et odavam kui lennufirmast. Helistasin veel ülegi, et kas kõik ok. Lennule minnes, varahommikul, öeldi check inis, et Reisiekspert on lennu valesti vormistanud. Kiire oli. Hädaolukorras ostsin checkinist uue pileti. Eestisse jõudes selgitasin olukorda Reisieksperdile. Kirju ignoreeriti, siis öeldi, et kõik oli ok, põhmõh mu oma viga. Mis mõttes? Olen elu aeg lennupiletid õigesti vormistanud, esimene kord proovisin vahendajat ja jäin 400eur ilma. Vältige seda firmat nagu katku!
Не советую обращаться в эту фирму. Забронировал через lastminute поездку в турцию, отель 5 звезд все включено. На следующей день оказалось, что этот отель они не могут предложить. Предложили на выбор несколько других, но все были плохие и старые. В итоге убедили меня взять самый дорогой вариант на 5 ночей за 1240 евро на двоих. Заплатил им всю сумму. Через три дня, а точнее менее чем за 24 часа до вылета сообщают, что мест в отеле нету, и это не их вина. Предложили просто полететь в турцию по тем билетам, что они забронировали и найти отель себе самому. Без трансфера и каких либо гарантий, остальные деньги обещали вернуть. Так же предложили похожий отель пять звезд но попросили доплатить еще 300 евро. Я отказался. REISIEKSPERT извинились, но я остался без отпуска! Возмещать что-либо отказались. Деньги обещали вернуть. Эта фирма вовсе не ЭКСПЕРТ, не обращайтесь в эту контору, иначе ваш отпуск может быть «незабываемый»...
