The company delivers venue sourcing with negotiated rates and consolidated invoicing, on-site coordination with a single point of contact and detailed run-of-show, and itinerary planning for multi-day trips and multi-city roadshows. Teambuilding programmes run from 15–20 participants to groups exceeding 200, ranging from urban challenges in Barcelona to paella workshops and nature retreats. Additional services include AV production, live streaming, gala dinners, transfers, accommodation blocks and event design. Clients include Schneider Electric, Fuji Electric, TDV and DHL.
A team of 11–50 staff manages GDPR-ready processes and multilingual coordination for gatherings from small meetings to large-scale conferences, handling venue selection, catering, technology and accommodation end-to-end.
