About Brabant Event Bureau
Since 2014, Brabant Event Bureau has managed meetings, conferences, corporate events and incentive programmes across Oisterwijk, Eindhoven, Tilburg, Den Bosch and Breda. The agency operates as a full-service partner, handling everything from initial creative concept through to on-site production and coordination.
The team delivers MICE events including kick-off meetings, international conferences and workshops; corporate functions such as staff gatherings, company anniversaries and open days; product launches and gala dinners; and virtual or hybrid events with live-stream and webinar capabilities. Brabant Event Bureau sources venues, designs social programmes and coordinates logistics across Brabant. It has worked with the European Commission General Assembly, Brainport Network on its Techtracks and TechLounge series, Obvion Hypotheken, Dutch Design Week Talks and Brainport International Day. The agency positions itself to join projects at any stage or manage full-scale delivery, combining conceptual work with on-ground execution and group experience programming.
Operating with a small, hands-on team of one to ten people, Brabant Event Bureau functions as an integrated event partner for clients across the southern Netherlands region.
