Paid plans activate only for verified companies, so complete the free check first. Contact details and client enquiries stay free for everyone, on every plan.

Frequently asked questions

How does priority placement work? +

Catalog pages rank paid plans above free listings. Featured companies appear above all free listings in their chosen priority cities. Certified Partner companies also get priority on their whole country page, plus up to 3 priority cities. Need more cities? Add extra priority cities for €49/year each.

What is the green Verified badge? +

It is a free trust mark, separate from paid plans. Upload one document (a company registry extract or business licence) in your dashboard and our team confirms it within 48 hours. Verified companies get noticeably more clicks, and verification is required before any paid plan activates.

How do payments and billing work? +

Paid plans are billed annually. You can pay by card from your dashboard, or request an invoice for a bank transfer. Every payment comes with a proper invoice, available in the Invoices tab of your dashboard.

Can I change or cancel my plan? +

Yes, anytime. Card subscriptions renew annually and we remind you 30 and 7 days before each renewal; cancel from your dashboard or by email and the plan simply runs until the end of the paid year. Bank-transfer plans never renew without your action. Any payment is fully refundable within 14 days. Full details in our Billing & Cancellation Policy.

What appears on my card statement? +

Charges appear as GMS DMC.TRAVEL on your bank or credit card statement.

Does the free listing stay free? +

Yes, forever. Your company profile, quote requests from buyers, messaging and analytics are free on every plan. Paid plans only add visibility: badges, highlighted cards and top positions.
