Very disappointing and unprofessional tour. Do NOT recommend. This one-day Pompeii tour with Carrani Tours was a complete waste of time and money. If you want to actually visit Pompeii properly, with enough time at the archaeological site, no forced restaurant stops, small or flexible groups, and a guide who speaks good English or Spanish, this tour is absolutely NOT for you. The organization is poor from start to finish. A significant part of the day is lost on mandatory stops at restaurants clearly chosen for commission, instead of spending time where it really matters: Pompeii. As a result, the visit to the ruins is very short, rushed, and unsatisfying. The guide does not speak proper English or Spanish, struggles to explain anything clearly, and even gets basic monument names wrong. For a place as important as Pompeii, this completely ruins the experience. On top of that, the guide constantly asks the group for money, repeatedly pushing for tips and extra payments, which feels uncomfortable, unprofessional, and inappropriate. It gives the clear impression that the tour prioritizes extracting money from tourists over providing a quality cultural experience. The group is large, rigid, and inflexible, making the entire day feel chaotic and impersonal. Summary: Very little time in Pompeii Forced commercial restaurant stops Poorly organized itinerary Guide with very poor language skills Constant requests for money and tips I strongly do NOT recommend this tour. There are far better options available to visit Pompeii without feeling rushed, misled, or pressured

A viagem e o passeio valem muito a pena. O guia Anthony e o motorista Alessandro são pessoas muito atenciosas e simpáticas. A única queixa referente ao tour, foram os restaurantes com as comidas inclusas. Infelizmente, todos de péssima qualidade! Exceto o restaurante da parada em Montepulciano, este sim um espetáculo! De resto, foi tudo maravilhoso, um passeio que superou minhas expectativas ! Uma atenção especial para todos os guias locais que estavam envolvidos, ricos em cultura e conhecimento! Antonio, Carla, Cristina e o "Belo', vocês foram excepcionais! Com certeza uma experiência ímpar!

A viagem em si foi excelente ressaltando o cumprimento do roteiro, a atenção e conhecimento do guia Anthony e dos guias locais além da experiência e cordialidade do motorista Alessandro. As refeições incluídas (exceto em Montepulciano e em Sorrento) não foram satisfatórias. Em Sorrento a representante da operadora local vendeu opcionais, como para Positano, por ex., somente com contato verbal com Pagto antecipado somente cash o que gerou problemas de comunicação durante o passeio. Importante que as informações dos opcionais sejam fornecidas por escrito.

Me gustó mucho el tour, el guía Antonio extraordinario!!! Los hoteles en general bien, menos el hotel Rafaello en Florencia no nos gustó, el desayuno por ser del tour te mandan a un salón aparte y te ponen un desayuno diferente bastante feo. Las habitaciones no están muy lindas. Lo único es que si tiene la parada del tranvía cerca. Los demás hoteles bien. El bus me pareció ideal para el grupo que íbamos que era pequeño y eso también me encantó el tamaño de grupo y los integrantes del grupo. Lo único es que quizá podrían modificar un poco el bus es que haya más Espacio entre cada asiento en los tramos largos se hace cansado. Un muy bonito viaje.

No recomendaríamos esta empresa. Demasiado caro para el servicio que brindan. Hicimos un viaje en Octubre 2025 : Fantasia: Milán, los lagos y alpes. En Milán el último día ,teníamos el paseo en barco en los Navigli ,tuvimos que llegar al lugar por nuestra cuenta bajo una lluvia intensa.La ''experiencia gastronómica'' la tuvimos que buscar en un lugar cercano bajo la lluvia ,paraguas en mano,para despuès subir a la embarcación. No tuvimos un colectivo de Carrani que nos transportara hasta este lugar. Tanto la ida como el regreso fue por nuestra cuenta en Metro. Mala relaciòn precio -calidad del servicio.Los hoteles son de 2 estrellas.

El primer día tuvimos que buscar al señor k nos fue s buscar al aeropuerto, xk estaba medio escondido. Llegamos al hotel y no hay ninguna documentación sobre el viaje, no hay nadie esperando para presentarse. Cuando fuimos s Florencia, la catedral estaba cerrada y nadie dijo nada (mjor k la gente comprara excursión a Pisa 60€/persona. El hotel de Florencia, cerca de un hospital, para escuchar las ambulancias bien. El hotel de Venecia en obras; haciendo una piscina y agrandando terraza y s tres metros construyendo otro hotel. Los guías subcontratados, reguleros y l guía acompañante, parece más un vendedor. En el bus se proporciona agua, pero hay k pagar un pavo x botella de medio litro. Lo único bueno fue el coche de vuelta y un poco el guía del Vaticano. Es preferible ir a tu bola.

Eu gostei muito gostei das explicações do gui Antony . Ele é muito educado E seu conhecimento sobre a história do país foi ótima . Ele tem um bom humor contagiante . O grupo ficou unido por causa das suas brincadeiras . A viagem não seria a mesma sem ele e também o Luigy 👏👏❤️

We have just completed a 12 day Carrani/Wingbuddy/Fantasia guided tour of southern Italy and Sicily. A very interesting and well-organized tour! We saw so much on this trip. All of the guides were excellent and I wish to especially highlight the role of our guide Cetty in Sicily. Cetty was pleasant, organized and available to our group. She shared her considerable knowledge about all aspects of Sicilian culture with us, including its complex history and architecture, local customs and cuisine, and where to eat and shop. Not impressed! Had clients in Rome and used this Tour Operator for the first time. My clients were slightly late to the meeting point after getting lost and the group had left. Reached out right away and they offered no assistance. Wouldn't move them to a later tour or offer a voucher for a future tour just to provide good customer service. My clients were already extremely upset and I realize it was their fault for being late, but getting lost happens and I feel this company could have done something to make the situation better. Instead my clients were out $315!! Will never book a client through them again!

Very well organized tour. We were in Italy North to South. All of our tour guides were very knowledgeable in the area we were seeing. Our Tour Leader, Stefano, was very courteous and really pleasant to be with. If you take this tour and you are lucky enough to get him then you are in for a good tour. Alicia, in Rome, was a superb guide and got us into St. Peter’s square where we were fortunate enough to see Pope Leo. Our guides for the Colosseum and Roman forum and Pompeii were also great. All in all it was a great trip and would recommend it to anyone.

Me And my husband had an amazing time from start to finish, it was our first time going to italy and doing a bus tour as well. Franco our bus driver made us feel safe and got us to every location on time, very friendly. As for lucy our tour guide was top notch 👌 friendly, organized. Explaines very well each location we went to, from lunch to dinner that was part of our package was all amazing choices. Also me and my husband gained a new friendship as well. Over all our experience was truly amazing 👏 🤩 🙌 Ps we love you lucy God bless ❤️

Our guide, Sabrina, was excellent. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Our drivers Remi and Vincenzo were very skillful and safe operators. The number of travellers, at 53, however, is too many for one guide to wrangle. It is unfair to all. Thank you Sabrina a nd drivers for a great, safe journey through Italy.

The Italian Expresso tour was a great way to see a lot of Northern Italy in a short amount of time. We went through Assisi, Siena, Pisa, Florence, Bologna and Venice in 4 days. Our tour guide, Lucy, was lovely and very funny. The group size varied - lots of different tour groups were meshed into one, meaning we had over 40 people in our group. At times it was very chaotic, with people unsure what was or wasn’t included in our tour because we’d all booked different things. Some people had explicitly booked a small group tour of 10 or less only to be put with a 40+ group. The group size made it challenging to be efficient — we never left anywhere on time as at any given time, half the group were way behind, didn’t have their radios on or listen to instructions about meeting points and times. It was frustrating how much time we lost just trying to get from A to B. It ate into our free time so there was less time available to explore on our own. Communication could be significantly clearer - a group chat or detailed written itinerary that listed meeting times, points, where we were going for lunch etc would’ve helped as people were constantly confused or just didn’t listen. Having upfront information about the available extra tours and their costs at the time of booking also would’ve been helpful. The food was also average at best. The restaurants we went to for lunch as part of the tour typically had poor service, long wait times and the food just wasn’t great. Very touristy, usually off the main square. I appreciate it’s challenging to accomodate a group our size, but it would have been nice to try something a bit more local. Hotels were fine although I wouldn’t eat in their restaurants if it can be avoided. All the guided tours we had were very informative and the guides lovely. I enjoyed visiting Pisa but we didn’t need over an hour and a half of free time there - we could’ve had more time in Florence instead. Venice was absolutely the highlight. We had such beautiful weather and the island is stunning. We had a whole afternoon to wander and I wish we’d had a whole extra day. I would recommend this tour for anyone who wants a quick overview of lots of places but isn’t fussed about having heaps of time to shop, sightsee etc as there was minimal.

Tuvieron gestos deshonestos. El dia que nos pasaron a buscar nos sacaron antes de la hora del desayuno que nos correspondía en Roma (y del horario previsto) para llevarnos a que paguemos si queríamos desayunar en un bar carísimo. Con lo cual nos robaron tiempo y plata. Muy poco honesto y humano. Pésimo.

We had a great time on our Positano and Amalfi Coast trip! Yohana was super friendly and a great and knowledgeable guide, she was super helpful and provided a place for all of us to eat. She even took us to a beautiful family owned business to do a limoncello tasting. Highly recommend booking with her as your guide! Overall, my family and I had a great time on our trip!

After this experience I will not recommend this trip or company to anyone. For nearly 5000.00 each for four of us I was truly disappointed. No bathroom on the bus, no first aid kit,definitely not a tour for seniors. Much too much walking. I had been on a tour of Italy in 2001 and this tour was nothing like my first experience. One of my guests had a fall in Montepulciano. She Required a two day hospitalization. There was a concrete abutment a few feet from where they were taking photos. My friend didn’t see the abutment and went down hard. I will also be contacting Wingbuddy. Two of our four guests spent the day and evening from1:30-11.30 p.m. in the hospital waiting room and unable to see our friend. Hearing from many of the other travellers on our bus, they were not happy either. The hotel in Rome B@B was clean but certainly very basic. The two nights in Sorrento was the highlight of our tour. There was one tour where the bus forgot to pick us up. An hour later another bus came. I know that the popes passing was untimely and unfortunate but it definitely changed things. I am not normally a complainer but, there were too many incidents to not report it. Thank you for reading my story.

Llegamos a nuestro hotel de noche y nunca aparecieron, no se presentaron ni nos dejaron ningún mensaje para saber cómo avanzar. Al otro día nos dijeron que no había lugar para excursión que queríamos hacer (y ellos nunca nos preguntaron si nos queríamos sumar). Teníamos transfer a otra ciudad programado, los esperamos media hora con las valijas en la recepción y cuando llamamos para ver por qué no llegaban nos dijeron que lo habían atrasado 2 horas y media y se olvidaron de avisarnos. Una falta de respeto el destrato.

Scammed us, sold us the pink hop-on-hop-off tour bus and said they would pick us up right there in the corner, after we payed they made us walk 20min to closest pick up. Bus never picked us up because of an accident, after an hour wait in line we called for refund but they denied us.

Worse tour ever. Everyone is complaining. Very unorganized. You get half of a story. Hotels they choose are far from the major sites. I will never tour with this company again. Will not recommend to anyone

Una estafa poner una estrella es beneficioso, la guía explica poco y lo primero que dice es que hay que darles propina la prime noche en roma te llevan desde el hotel hasta plaza españa y arréglate como puedas para volver. Nos llevaron al día siguiente al hotel Rafaello de pésima calidad el desayuno malisimo y la cena peor la habitación era compartida con otra separada por una puerta y se escuchaba todo lo que hablaban . Desde la plaza principal de florencia hubo que venir a pie al hotel y la guia solo nos dijo vengan por donde vinieron una vergüenza nunca más un tur a Italia con esta gente Y todavia nos falta la mitad no quiero pensar lo que va a ser.

Do not use this company. They are not genuine. I purchased a bus tour in Italy March 2024. It was advertised that we would visit the island of Capri. They canceled this and just left us an extra two days doing nothing in a hotel far outside town. I have tried to take it up with them. They don't respond. Soebd your money somewhere else.

Worse tour operator in my experience. Took my money and never show up. I ask for refund and when I called I was blamed to be my fault. No activity no money. I will never use them and I will never recommend them at all.

Esperienza davvero da consigliare! Abbiamo trascorso 2 ore con Giuseppe che ci ha accompagnati in Galleria Borghese facendoci da guida per 2 ore e parlandoci in modo davvero professionale ma mai pesante delle sale della Villa, oltre che delle magnifiche opere in mostra, dalla scultura del Bernini, Canova alle opere pittoriche di Caravaggio, Raffaello e tanti altri presenti. Grazie!!!

Nossa experiência com a Carrani foi ótima. Tudo aconteceu conforme contratado. Nosso guia, o Antônio, no tour entre Roma e Veneza, ida e volta com paradas em várias vilas e cidades importantes, foi ótimo.

Edit: Yes the booking was made under my name as it shows here. According to Gate 1 your tour guide said that we never showed up, but that’s not the case since we were at the meet up point listed. So either the tour guide lied, or they changed our meet up spot without contacting us. Booked a day trip through Gate 1 with Carrani to Lake Como. Guide never showed up at the meet up point listed on our travel documents. No one tried to call us or reach out. We could not get a hold of anyone at Carrani (nor could our Gate 1 agent when we called the emergency line) as they only have an answering machine on weekends. Don’t bother with this company.

We plan  months  ahead  a trip to Italy, we booked  a tour to Colosseum Roman Forum and Palatine Hill , CARRANI TOURS cancelled it  the last minute, we left Roma without visiting those places.

We went with this company to Pompeii. Had a fantastic time. Excellent tour guides. Memories we'll treasure forever. Would definitely recommend!

Great tour guide Clara. Did 4 night and 5 days bus tour with her. Terrible day tour guides after that. Absolutely chaotic and zero communication. No one picked us up for the vatican tour. Lot of stress. Two-day trip to Sorrento to Pompeii to capri totally chaotic with lots of wasted time. Lunches and dinners should be skipped entirely. Wouldn't eat that garbage even if it was free.

Terrible tour company. Don't give you any schedule detail, have to listen to a tour guide you can't understand telling you what is going to happen. We did a Taste of Italy tour, and can't convey how bad their tours are. Very very large groups, and way too much to handle for one tour guide. Here are my notes from the trip, these are very accurate and I just wanted others to have a clear picture of what went on: Better airport pickup directions, just simply say go out the doors to the left, someone will have your name, just simple instructions Better communication about when and how night your works in Rome More time for breakfast in Rome, opens 7am, leave at 7:30am Bus driver should speak English Was told tour was appropriate for seniors or those with mobility issues, it was not Need to explain when days will be strenuous Bus driver texting and driving Can’t leave us on bus with no A/C!! I understand there are local laws about having bus on, but there were 30 people just sitting on there. Horrible! Need to either let us use a credit card to pay for optional tours, or tell us up front how much each one is and that we must pay in Euros. Sienna was way too much walking for the hot weather Very confusing to just be told all the information for the next day and the next. Too many people are confused. Should mimic how a cruise had a day schedule on paper each day which explains everything and had all the times. Print out menus at dinner, every one confused on what is going on, what dishes we get, how many courses Better communication about morning and where to meet. No one even told us there is a paper posted in lobby, no info on meeting in lobby or on bus Pisa trip was very helpful and doable for a senior, that afternoon met my exact expectation of the trip. The issue is that I had no knowledge of how the day would work, so I didn’t know that the train would take us right to the tower, versus having to walk there. If I just had a simple itinerary delivered to me the night before, just like a cruise, then I have no stress and I know the plan. Hotel in Florence too small for large groups, elevator only holds 4 people Need a bus with a bathroom Hard to understand tour guide, every one of them Second hotel with elevators that hold two people, how can that possibly work with buses full of people Why bring 50 people in a tiny waiting room, to call names out for room keys, what a nightmare Hard to follow guide in Venice Thank god Venice forces u to have small groups, our whole group would have been impossible . Took 15 minutes in the morning to get an elevator Had to stand in the hallway for glass demo in a room as hot as the ovens they were using, couldn’t see anyways since 20 people in front of me in a room that was 20 feet long If leaving at 7:15am in Venice, need an earlier breakfast time than 6:30am With walking tours, Guides need to make sure that everyone in the group is keeping up, gets across the streets safely, knows where the guide is, and can see the guide pointing out the things being talked about. Most times, we were a blocks length away. When I caught up to the guide on one walking tour, I explained I didn’t hear or see where the meeting spot was because she was too far ahead and she said that I should tell someone in front of me, so they can tell the person ahead of them, and so on until it reaches her. Seriously? When this happened again on a walking tour, I told the guide immediately and she acted bugged and like I was criticizing her. Schedule we booked said it had skip the line for Sistine Chapel, nope, didn’t happen Bus Wi-Fi sure would be nice if it allowed enough connections for everyone

The tour company was very professional, equipment (buses, headsets, etc) all very nice. The guides are too notch. For the Pompeii was a professor is archeology at Pompeii. I would recommend this tour company. That said, remember you are in a schedule, their schedule. Think of the tours as an appetizer that gets you the main points and info to go with it. You can always come back and spend as much time then!

Muy buenos paseos

Hicimos el tour Fantasia por Roma-Florencia-Venecia-Roma. Es el tour de ... apenas te explico nada (en cualquier free tour te cuentan más cosas), mal desayunas a las 6:30 o 7 de la mañana como tarde todos los dias, mal comes a las 12 y mal cenas a las 18. La calidad y cantidad de las comidas incluídas en el tour es directamente un insulto/tomadura de pelo. También es el tour de ... te llevo a visitar sitios pero luego no te llevo de vuelta al hotel, y también de ... te visitas la mayoría de cosas por tu cuenta. La segunda parte del tour, a Nápoles, Pompeya, Sorrento y Capri fue incluso peor. Nos hicieron visitar Pompeya de 14 a 16, con todo el sol en lo más alto. En Sorrento el hotel que nos asignaron (Club Sorrento) era de muy baja calidad y la supuesta cena formal, inexistente. La visita a Capri, muy desorganizada, y estuvimos todo el día con la maleta a cuestas. No nos enseñaron nada de Sorrento y en Capri lo único que hicimos fue esperar (1 hora para entrar en la gruta azul, otra hora para coger el bus de vuelta de Anacapri -donde sólo nos mostraron la plaza donde hacer compras- y otra media hora para coger el ferry). Durante los dos días de visita a Nápoles, Sorrento y Capri no tuvimos ningún guía (entiéndase por guía alguien que te cuenta cosas del lugar y te hace recomendaciones), simplemente 5 personas distintas en distintos momentos nos llevaron como ganado a los sitios. Con empresas así, se te quitan las ganas de hacer viajes organizados.

1st Sabrina was wonderful, she is invited to come visit Long Island anytime! and Gigi the driver, I would let drive me anywhere! We were a party of 10. So a big crowd to please and YOU DID! The tours were great, the bus was smooth! Rome Garden- best breakfast, prettiest outside. Raffaello in Florence- nice hotel GET RID OF THE DINNER! Honestly we would have preferred to pay for a dinner than eat this. Delfino in Venice. Dinner was better. Piano in lobby was a plus for us, my son Zac played and sang for everyone. Suggestions: do not include the dinners, honestly they were awful!.. both lunches, 1 in Florence and 1 in Montepuchiano were amazing! Add on Venice by night, highly recommend! A little later start time in morining, I think everyone would have preferred. , Even just an hour. MORE time in Montepuchiano, one of our favorite stops! Overall I would recommend this tour company to everyone. We saw so much more than if we went on our own. Booked Capri tour through our travel agent. The driver showed up at our hotel early. We were called and told they were waiting for us that they rescheduled the tour and advised us. They never did. We rescheduled. The day of the tour They picked up on time. Dropped off at the Marina. Tour guide was not very welcoming. Waited for another group. Went to the ferry waited to get on. Got to the island. Got on the boat to go to blue grotto. Waited 1.5 hr to get into the grotto. The grotto was the best part. Back to the harbour to rush up to get a bus to go to Ana Capri. Go to the top guide said it takes 3 minutes to get the Finiculoair to the top. It Took Way longer than that. We were starving and had to pee. Set us up with a restaurant where we were offered a choice of 4 foods. Petty salad brought to the table. I had mussels and spaghetti. The mussels were over cooked. The pasta was super Al Dente. Couldn’t twirl it to get it on the fork. Meal was free. Just paid for drinks. Rushed out to catch a bus to catch the ferry. We rushed to get to the bus stop but had to wait. No time to visit the shops. Back down to the harbour and rushed to the ferry. It was a very rushed day. Paid for an an 8 hour tour. Did not get that time. It’s already a busy time of year there. Your guides Sasha and Alessia were meh. Wish we went with the tour company Iamme Ia. Much more organized and friendly. I wish I researched more. Oh well Capri was Still a good site to see.

We toured Capri with Marco in April 2023. He was excellent and informative and has a friendly and humorous manner. Knew this area very well and managed to get us everywhere before the crowds which meant no waiting times. Very professional and would highly recommend.

Hoy Abril 1ro, 2023 tuvimos una maravillosa experiencia con nuestro Tour guide Daniel. Estaba puntual en el meeting point, en todo momento fue amable y respetuoso y sobretodo con un amplio conocimiento de la zona e historia de esta maravillosa ciudad Rome, y particularmente nuestro Tour de Trastevere. Recomendado para todos!

Hotel Nil de florencia y hotel delfino en mestre de pésima calidad. Desayuno horrible. Los almuerzos incluidos una estafa. Uno espera venir a comer bien en Italia y termina comiendo horrible en los restaurantes que se incluyen. En el itinerario figura una excursión opcional a capri que cuando llegamos nos avisan que no está disponible. Un recorrido por ciudades que dejan mucho que desear. Mi consejo es ver otras opciones de tours.

Left me stranded - avoid!! I am a solo female traveller who decided to pay more money for an organised tour so that I didn't have to worry about travelling from Capri back to Rome myself at night. I was instructed to leave my bag at the luggage deposit by the port because we were spending the day in Capri and then to collect it to get on a ferry back to Naples and then bus to Rome. Firstly, the day tour itself in Capri we spent ages waiting around for a bus to take us to the top...and then when told to meet at a particular time for lunch, no one could find the tour guide?! I felt lost and had to ask all these other restaurants nearby if they saw a group. Eventually I found the tour guide, but turns out everyone else was wondering where they were too. Despite that, when it was time to get my bag...they couldn't find it. Then they told me they accidentally took it to a hotel and when I asked well what am I supposed to do because I am going to miss the ferry, they didn't give me a solution. So I was panicking - eventually my bag came but I missed the ferry. I was asking the tour guide to communicate with the bus at Naples to wait for me because LOSING MY BAG IS NOT MY FAULT!! But he was nowhere to be seen so I did not get confirmation if he had told them or not. I tried calling and texting the number for Carrani tours with no response. I arrived at Naples 30mins later and ofcourse there was no bus...after calling again, they told me that the bus left without me because no one told them. This made me so mad because the day before we were all waiting on the bus for over 1 hour for some other people due to a delay. We were frustrated but the tour guide said "we cannot leave without them". Yet, for me, this day when I was only 30 mins later and asked the tour guide to communicate, they left without me!!!! I was stranded at Naples port at night being told to just get a taxi and a train myself and they will not pay for it. So I paid so much money for this tour, and it's their fault my bag was taken to the wrong area and they make ME PAY to make my own way back to Rome from Naples!!!! Absolutely disgraceful.

This company is not able to get the right guide on the right time to the right spot. If you want to plan your schedule properly and not Italian style. Look somewhere else!

Updated Review: Initially I did not have a good experience on my fully guided Italy tour. I had a real issue with one of the guides and I found the tour disorganized. I voiced my concerns with the company and Mario was very open to hearing my concerns and making sure that my experience wasn’t left unresolved. That speaks volumes to a company that takes customer satisfaction seriously. Thank you very much! Original Review: This is the most disorganized tour I have ever been on. We paid for the Fully Organized Tour- It was supposed to be fully organized from Start to Finish and it was a complete gong show. We switched back and forth from 4 different buses in one day with all of our luggage going from Sorrento back to Rome. They had the wrong bus for us then the wrong hotel. We were told by a female guide which bus to get on then a guide who we had never met when we were changing buses at Pompei said to get on a different bus. I questioned it because he had us at a different hotel than what our voucher said - he then said “to get on the bus or they were leaving us in the Parking lot.” I was so angry at the way I was treated and spoken to by the male guide that I was about to blow my top. After we got on, and the bus left -he came to tell us that we were in fact at the hotel I originally said we were at. Now we were on the wrong bus and they would have to send a different shuttle to pick us up and bring us to the correct hotel. We have been on many cruises, & land tours and this was honestly the WORST experience of my life. I can’t believe we paid over 7,200 dollars for a complete guided tour (Italy from North to South) and we were treated no better than cattle. I am so disappointed with the whole experience and wish I would’ve done the self- guided tour because the extra money you pay to have everything organized for you is totally not worth it. It’s super rushed and super disorganized and the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Some of the individual guides were excellent and some weren’t. The last guy who was in charge of our transfer from Pompeii was so rude that it confirmed this one star experience from me. I expected much better from Carrani Tours.

We didn't like because they are always running late. There was this day that they didn't gave us the correct address of meeting point, and we lost the tour Roma by Night. We send them a message asking where it was, sending picture of our location and they barely answered. The second tour is to Coloseum and the meeting point was supposed to be at 1:30pm. They ask us to be on time, but they ran late 50 minutes!!!!! We send them a message and the answer they gave us is "is a collective pick-up up" Worst agency ever

Muy amable la señorita que nos hizo favor de llevar con la guía.. ya q llegamos un poco tarde...contrate tour en los museos del vaticano y el Coliseo..la Srta. de los museos..nos dejo ya cuando llegamos a la Basílica de San Pedro..me hubiera gustado que nos explicara más cosas que vimos adentro...y el del Coliseo no me gustó como contó la historia.

Hoteles bien ubicados pero baja calidad. Guías "acompañantes"???el servicio es caro para lo que ofrecen

We used this company for a 5 night tour and stay in Amalfi, I wished we would have had more information up front and vouchers for the services to be provided instead of waiting to find out when and where we were to be met by the transfer staff along the way.

No recomiendo este operador, servicios de baja calidad por el precio pagado. Circuito Roma, Florencia, Venecia 12-19 agosto. Hoteles pésimos de Florencia y Venecia (Mestre), en teoria de 4 estrellas, comidas incluidas de baja calidad, guia local de Florencia pocas explicaciones y en Venecia tienes que volver por tu cuenta sin dar opción de acompañamiento.
