About Destinazione Turistica Emilia
Since 2017, Destinazione Turistica Emilia operates across Parma, Reggio Emilia, and Piacenza as an instrumental public body of the Emilia Romagna Region. This institutional structure positions the organization as a regional authority for tourism development across three provinces in northern Italy.
The DMC provides incoming and ground handling services alongside itinerary planning, accommodation sourcing, and guest logistics. Its activity portfolio emphasizes the region's cultural and gastronomic assets: wine experiences, food and wine tours, cultural itineraries, castle visits, and golf experiences. Accommodation offerings span hotel bookings, agriturismos, bed and breakfast properties, and pet-friendly options. Additional services include venue sourcing, transfers, entertainment coordination, and concierge support for tailored experience packages.
As a public entity established by regional decree, Destinazione Turistica Emilia serves as the official destination management authority for its three provinces, managing tourism initiatives across Parma, Piacenza, and Reggio Emilia.
