Since 1952, DIS Congress Service has operated across Copenhagen and Ballerup as the world's oldest Professional Congress Organiser. The company has completed approximately 3,000 events over more than six decades, establishing deep expertise in large-scale conference delivery.
DIS Congress Service manages the full spectrum of congress and meeting production: hybrid conferences, online registration systems, abstract handling, and exhibition sponsorship coordination. The team sources conference venues and hotel accommodation, designs events, handles delegate management, and produces audio-visual services. Additional offerings span corporate kickoffs, team building programmes, incentive travel, galas, transfers, and itinerary planning. Printed materials and mobile apps extend delegate engagement beyond the event itself.
The company holds IAPCO Seminar certification and maintains memberships in IAPCO, MPI, and ICCA. Its in-house project managers carry IAPCO certification. DIS Congress Service operates a mid-sized team of 51–200 staff, enabling flexible delivery for events ranging from 150 to 15,000 participants.
