Vilnius, Lithuania About DMC Baltic
Since 2005, DMC Baltic has operated across Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius, designing experiences that span Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. The company coordinates travel, events, and activities for tour operators, event agencies, and corporations across the three capitals.
DMC Baltic delivers incentive programmes including Lada Rally team challenges, 4×4 off-road self-drive experiences, and hot air balloon sunrise flights. Teambuilding activities range from city treasure hunts and Kalashnikov shooting range sessions to Medieval banquets and Polaroid photo challenges. The company runs cultural tours focused on Medieval old towns, Art Nouveau architecture, and Baroque heritage, alongside culinary experiences—cooking classes with Michelin-recommended chefs, craft beer tastings, gin distillery visits, and Riga Black Balsam herbal liqueur tastings. Additional services include itinerary planning, transfers, accommodation, on-site coordination, and incoming management.
DMC Baltic operates a mid-sized team of 51–200 employees, supporting delivery across multiple destinations and service lines simultaneously.
