The DMC handles incoming tourism, custom itinerary planning, group tours (50+ annually), private tours with bespoke customization, and cultural experiences including architecture tours and heritage programs. Its MICE division manages medical congresses, corporate incentive programs and sport groups. Baltic Travel Solutions sources accommodation and arranges ground transportation and airport transfers across the region. The company has executed incentive programmes for 350-person groups, hosted sport groups of 780 participants, and managed medical congresses bringing together 150 delegates from across the world.
