Since 2014, Elite Events has managed events across Brussels and Belgium for European institutions, international associations, political forums, and corporate clients. The company delivers event management services that span MICE programming, corporate conferences, gala dinners, product launches, incentive travel, and team-building activities.
Elite Events handles the full production cycle: event design and logistics, AV technical support, airport transfers and ground transportation, hotel and venue arrangements, venue sourcing, and itinerary planning. Recent projects include the EU Indo-Pacific Ministerial Forum in Brussels, the Hyundai Motor Group 15th Anniversary Brussels Office event, and MVC activation at Busworld Europe 2025. The company also managed the European Parliament Mobile Information Unit project. All services are supported by in-house staffing and technical resources.
