Eve'nt eventbureau runs corporate events, team-building programmes, and MICE across Kolding and Denmark. Led by event manager Eve Vloet with more than 18 years of experience in design, planning and delivery, the bureau handles firm celebrations, jubilees, kick-off meetings, summer parties, and multi-day seminars.
The company delivers across all event formats: corporate gatherings, conferences structured from start to finish, galas and receptions, incentive programmes designed to build loyalty and employee motivation, and team-building activities including sailing matchraces, go-kart events and food truck workshops. Eve'nt also sources and negotiates venues, and manages on-site coordination—planning, execution, supplier liaison, transport logistics, AV equipment and budget control. The bureau has executed team events for clients including Vattenfall.
Eve'nt operates as a small team of 1–10 people, enabling direct oversight and personalised service delivery across all project phases.
