Since 1993, Finnature has operated across Muhos and Liminka, delivering nature tourism experiences built on three decades of Finnish ecotourism expertise. The company is owned by professional nature photographers Jari and Kaisa Peltomäki, whose background shapes every programme offered.
Finnature runs private nature photography tours, bird watching expeditions, and photography courses covering eagle photography, hawk photography, and nature photography fundamentals. The company designs custom multi-day itineraries with seasonal destination planning and manages five named photography hides—Huuhkaja, Kanahaukka, Maakotka, Suokukko, and Teeri—alongside Villa Finnature rental accommodation. Ground transportation and cultural tours presenting Finnish nature complete the service offer. Finnature has collaborated with BBC film production and multiple film companies to document Finnish nature, providing production support and location logistics.
