Since 1985, Gadis Italia has managed groups and events across Rome, Verona, Tuscany, and the Italian lakes region. Operating from five offices nationwide, the company delivers custom-made tours combining accommodation, food experiences, and cultural visits alongside logistical support.
The company handles the full scope of group travel: hotel bookings with room blocks, wine and food tours, guided excursions through art and culture cities, bus transportation, and airport transfers. Its MICE division arranges conferences, festivals, and corporate events. On-site coordination is delivered by a multilingual team of 25 staff working around the clock from local offices in Lake Maggiore, Tuscany, Verona, Rome, and Liguria. Gadis Italia maintains a network of 6,500 selected suppliers and works with 2,000 repeat clients, supported by an in-house graphic team that designs bespoke group programs. Ground handling includes 24/7 support across all five Italian offices, covering lakes, coastlines, islands, and landscapes from north to south.
