Since 2009, Incoming Experience operates across Turin, Moncalieri and Alba, bringing together a curated network of accommodation providers, transport operators and activity specialists across the Piedmont region.
The company manages accommodation through hotels, agriturismos and apart hotels, complemented by transfers via leading transport companies. Its activities division covers bike and trekking experiences alongside licensed tour guides and winery visits. On the entertainment side, Incoming Experience provides restaurant partnerships, while its MICE services include congress centres, conference venues and event management. The consortium model allows clients to access a pre-selected roster of operators rather than sourcing vendors independently.
