Since 2013, Incoming Madrid has managed incoming tourism across Madrid and the Iberian Peninsula, working with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients to build group itineraries and large-scale events. The company handles the full event lifecycle: congress organization with venue sourcing tailored to client specifications, M.I.C.E. programs including incentive travel with VIP confidentiality protocols, and group packages with dedicated guide services.
