Luxentis DMC is a B2B destination management company headquartered in Brussels. We act as the local execution desk for international agencies, incentive houses, corporate travel departments, event producers, family offices and institutional partners operating in Belgium and the surrounding region.
We do not sell leisure packages and we do not serve direct consumers. Every programme is delivered white-label: the client agency remains the only brand visible to the end client. An NDA is signed before sensitive briefing.
From Brussels we coordinate hotels, venues, MICE programmes, protocol-sensitive movements, arrivals at BRU / ANR / LGG, FBO handling and executive ground transport when the brief requires it. Coverage includes Brussels (EU Quarter, NATO HQ, Zaventem), Antwerp (Diamond District, Port, ANR), Ghent, Bruges, Liège and Spa-Francorchamps, with regular cross-border execution to Luxembourg City, Amsterdam/Rotterdam and Paris/CDG.
Typical assignments: multi-day corporate and institutional programmes, incentive logistics, conference and summit coordination, delegation movements, hotel blocks and restaurant curation, on-site desk and 24/7 operational control. Ground transport (Mercedes S-Class, V-Class, Sprinter VIP) is organised as part of the programme — not as a standalone taxi product.
