Motivation is a licensed Rome-based DMC, working across Italy since 1984. The company designs bespoke luxury travel for private clients coming to Italy, and incentives, meetings and corporate events for companies bringing groups here.
Every programme is drawn once, for one client, and priced line by line. There is no catalogue and no packaged departure — which is also why Motivation takes a limited number of programmes at a time, each with a senior planner attached from the first brief to the last invoice.
