About Partners in Congress Organisation
Partners in Congress Organisation (PCO) organizes conferences, corporate events and incentive programmes across Maastricht and throughout Europe. The company operates as a full-service PCO, managing congresses at all stages from initial concept through on-site execution.
The organization handles delegate management, registration and accreditation alongside schedule coordination and budget management. It develops congress programmes, coordinates speakers and manages exhibitions for both in-person and hybrid formats. PCO also provides event design services including social and partner programme planning, venue sourcing with site visit organization, hotel reservation and room block coordination, and on-site management with registration desk and hostess supervision. Recent work includes the European Veterinary Dental Forum (EVDF) Oslo 2025. Beyond congresses, the company coordinates meetings and incentive trips, manages corporate event logistics and communication strategy, and arranges transfers and accommodation.
PCO maintains membership with MPI and partnerships with the Maastricht Convention Bureau and Rotterdam Partners. The organization operates as a small team of 1–10 employees based in Maastricht.
