Top Kinisis Conferences & Events is the conference division of Top Kinisis Travel Public Ltd, a Nicosia travel and tourism organisation established in 1987 and listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange since 2001. The division has specialised in conference management since 1990 and describes itself as one of Cyprus' leading Professional Conference Organisers, with over 1,200 conferences, symposia, meetings and events delivered and an annual turnover exceeding 22 million euros. It states that it holds the record for the highest number of participating countries in a single conference in Cyprus.
Services include professional conference organisation, virtual and hybrid conferences, conference bid preparation, destination management, association management and supporting services. Through its Cyprus Destination brand (cyprusdestination.com), Top Kinisis also operates as a destination management company for incoming travel, incentive travel, corporate events, team building, sports events and tailor-made programmes across Cyprus.
The organisation employs around 70 qualified professionals across a head office in Nicosia, branch offices in Cyprus and an office in Athens. It launched a Sustainable Conferences and Events project in 2019, completed its SCE Toolkit in 2021 and applies practices to reduce the environmental footprint of its conferences.
