Since 1998, Authenticore has designed MICE, incentive travel, and team-building programmes across Oslo, Tromsø, Stavanger, Trondheim, and Bergen. The company structures every experience around local hosts—people living their passion—to create authentic human encounters rather than transactional events.
The agency delivers meetings in nature, learning expeditions, incentive group trips, and custom retreats across Norway. Its accommodation offering places corporate groups with local hosts, embedding them in genuine communities. On-site coordination draws from a broad network of local partners who serve as both logistics operators and cultural guides. Named clients include MAX Belgium and Vision Event Germany, the latter a 25-year collaboration. Authenticore emphasizes sustainable and next-generation MICE concepts, moving beyond conventional formats toward value-based programming that prioritises meaningful interaction over scale.
