The company was established as a joint venture between Codan Agentura, a destination management specialist based in Prague, Czech Republic, and CAP Partner, an association development and conference management bureau based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The company delivers Professional Congress Organiser services alongside full destination management. Its offerings span meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions; full conference organisation with delegate management across all event phases; custom itinerary planning leveraging local knowledge in European destinations; venue sourcing and hotel negotiations; and ground transportation arrangements. Named projects include the EPUAP Masterclass 2026 in Brno, the VPH 2026 conference in Milan, the EPUAP 26th Annual Meeting in Dublin, the Kv7 Channels Symposium 2026 in Naples, and the ESB 2027 Congress in Berlin.
