Since 2017, EVENTÔIR has created and executed events across Amsterdam, Barcelona, and beyond, serving clients throughout Europe and the Middle East. The agency operates a network of local partners spanning over 40 countries, enabling delivery of MICE programmes for groups of 30 to 700 attendees.
EVENTÔIR manages full-service conferences with logistics coordination and content creation, designs immersive corporate experiences including product launches and gala dinners, and delivers incentive travel programmes centred on employee rewards and team-building. The agency handles venue sourcing across boutique hotels, luxury resorts, and exclusive buyouts globally, coordinates accommodation placement, and provides on-site event management. Named projects include a company trip to Marrakech, a launch event in Barcelona, a gala dinner in Amsterdam, and an incentive weekend, alongside eco resort retreats. Event design is handled through bespoke, tailor-made storytelling from concept through execution.
