Since 2020, Helsinki Partners has managed incoming tourism, incentive travel programs, and MICE services across Helsinki and its archipelago islands. As a city-owned marketing and investment company, it combines destination promotion with practical travel coordination for business visitors and leisure groups.
The company handles meeting planner support and convention bureau services through the Helsinki Convention Bureau, alongside incentive travel programs and corporate reward travel. Its itinerary planning covers custom multi-day experiences and seasonal Helsinki offerings, from Art Nouveau architecture tours and Design & architecture experiences to Jean Sibelius and Alvar Aalto footsteps tours. Group offerings include archipelago island tours, Market Square ferry trips, and sauna experiences, while private options provide bespoke guided tours and island and seaside excursions. Helsinki Partners also sources accommodation and venues for meetings and events, coordinates ground transportation, and delivers travel trade support and receptive tourism services.
Operating with a team of 51–200 staff, Helsinki Partners combines its mandate to build Helsinki's international brand with direct service delivery across MICE, incentive, accommodation, transfers, and cultural programming.
