Since 2010, One Event has managed MICE, conferences, and incentive programmes across Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Brussels and beyond, operating through a multilingual team in 35 countries. Founded by industry veterans combining tourism and event expertise, the company delivers end-to-end solutions from concept through on-site execution.
One Event handles conferences and congresses—including pharma sector events—alongside incentive travel featuring canal-side dinners, brewery visits, and castle experiences. The company sources venues across Amsterdam, Rotterdam, the Dutch Coast and countryside; coordinates gala dinners with exclusive catering and entertainment; and designs bespoke cultural programmes including architectural tours and museum visits. Team building offerings span cooking programmes, CSR volunteer work, and sustainability projects. Ground handling and destination management cover The Netherlands and the Benelux region, with day-of coordination and itinerary planning included in deliveries.
The team of 11–50 staff operates across 35 countries in English, Spanish, Dutch, German, French, and Hungarian, supporting international corporate groups and handling multi-day conference delivery through closing events.
