About One Event
Since 2010, One Event has managed conferences, incentive programmes and corporate events across Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Brussels. Founded by a group of industry veterans in tourism and events, the company combines expertise in destination management with hands-on event production.
One Event handles MICE services including conferences and congresses with complete delegate management support. On the incentive side, the company designs reward programmes and curated experiences—canal-side dinners and brewery visits among them. For corporate clients, One Event delivers concept-to-execution event design, creative direction and on-site coordination, alongside gala dinners in exclusive venues with world-class catering. The company also runs cultural and culinary tours, architectural city walks, museum visits and cooking programmes, supported by hotel sourcing, airport transfers and full itinerary planning. One Event managed a 3-day pharma conference for Global Pharma Corp, demonstrating capacity in large-scale delegate logistics.
