VKOZ events & communication produces conferences, product launches, and corporate events across Rotterdam and internationally. The agency handles international congresses and seminars for 50 to 5,000 participants, domestic and abroad, alongside MICE programming including meetings, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
The company delivers event design from concept development through execution, venue sourcing with location visits and checklists, and on-site coordination covering project management, budget oversight, and stakeholder alignment. As local PCO in Rotterdam and partner of Rotterdam Partners Convention Bureau, VKOZ supports international associations and brings over 30 years of PCO experience. Named projects include the IEEE International Congress ICRA40, CIS Global Forum Seville, RIEC Congress, and the Underwater Minerals Conference. The agency maintains Het Industriegebouw Rotterdam as a sourcing resource and manages build-out and operational logistics through the VKOZ turnover book.
