My wife and I are experienced travellers but had never been to Spain so through our travel agent in Australia we were connected to Tempo VIP. We could not have been happier with the results. Without exception the guides have been welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable, and fun to be with. A sign of the quality of their guides was the respect they received from the staff and other guides at the historic and cultural sites we visited. Every one was clearly a leader in their community. When we had drivers they were also polite, safe and friendly and the vehicles we perfectly clean. My wife and I cannot recall a more comprehensive experience supported by lovely people. I am very happy to make recommendations for this business. We live along way from Europe and can’t afford to waste a moment of our holidays so we want a great program and experience. We have not been disappointed .
They severely overcharged us, changed the menu itinerary for a picnic, we're poor at communication while traveling there, and didn't make the reservations for most of the restaurants as we had asked them to. I would not recommend this company. We felt scammed.

Outstandingly good. I booked the company at short notice to transport 100 delegates to a gala dinner. The buses were clean, the drivers smart, they arrived on time and in the right place, and duly transported my guests. Samuel gets a special mention for great liaison on-the-ground. The company was responsive and flexible - and it was at a fair price. Do not hesitate to book this company.

Encontrei a empresa pesquisando na internet, desde o inicio do contato a Srta. Patrícia Almeida se mostrou extremamente prestativa, atendendo minhas necessidades da melhor maneira possível. No dia do passeio o motorista/guia que me atendeu foi o Sr. Nuno, super pontual, o carro para realização do passeio era um Mercedes, espaçoso, confortável, com água e Wi-fi disponíveis. Nossa rota seguiu pelo Centro da Vila de Sintra, Palácio da Pena, Quinta da Regaleira, Palácio dos Seteais, Estrada Real, Palácio de Monserrate, Colares, Cabo da Roca, Praia da Azóia, Guincho, Quinta da marinha, Boca do Inferno, Cascais, Baía de Cascais e Estoril. O Sr. Nuno nos deu uma aula sobre a região e curiosidades pertinentes ao passeio, sempre muito simpático e divertido. Ao final do passeio fomos presenteados com um delicioso travesseiro de Sintra. Realmente tratamento VIP. Recomendo! Enjoy!
