Its activity portfolio includes walking tours, wine producer visits, historical perfume lab visits, pottery master classes, and pasta-making experiences. The company sources exclusive venues—securing special after-hours openings of public locations for private galas and unique events—and manages hotel bookings, room blocks, airport logistics, and ground transfers. Tailor-made itineraries incorporate themed activities and regional Italian content. King DMC also operates as a receptive service for all Italian regions and runs a Go Green initiative for sustainable events.
With an 11–50-person team, King DMC combines local expertise in Rome and across Italy with direct involvement in congress organization and on-site management, ensuring hands-on delivery for each client request.
