LifeXperiences is a full-service Destination Management Company (DMC) and event agency headquartered in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, founded in 2005. With 20+ years of island expertise, the company delivers tailor-made incentive programmes, corporate meetings & conferences, team building, coaching sessions, private events, luxury travel, and yacht experiences across the Balearic Islands — Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca, Formentera — and Malta.
The company is led by founder Philipp Baier alongside CEO Johannes Müller and Commercial Director Daniel Noll, and operates with a multilingual team of 12+ event professionals speaking English, Spanish, German, Dutch, Russian, Polish, Portuguese, French, and Catalan. Every project is managed end-to-end by a dedicated project manager. LifeXperiences holds BAL certification and is Travelife certified, with a strong sustainability commitment through its own Cleanwave Foundation and the 1% for the Med initiative. The company also operates YachtXperiences (yachtxperiences.com) as a dedicated yacht charter brand.
