About MOTIV’EVENTS
Since 2002, MOTIV'EVENTS has managed incentive travel, corporate events and MICE programmes across Toulouse and beyond. Founded by Charlotte Fourticq-Collinot, the agency brings together specialists in complementary disciplines to build events and business travel from logistics through content production.
The company handles seminars, conventions and B2B events with partial or full-service delivery. Its incentive division creates and sources business travel across 70+ countries, including press trips and destination curation. Product launches, kick-offs and road shows fall under corporate events, supported by technical direction and production management. MOTIV'EVENTS sources accommodation and venues through site visits and detailed presentations, manages transfers and participant logistics, and provides on-site coordination including logistical direction, field support, stage management and scenography.
Operating as a small team of 1–10 people, MOTIV'EVENTS combines event creation with travel design to serve mid-scale corporate clients across France and internationally.
