Since 1998, The Travel Experience has operated across Helsinki, Oulu, Lapland, and Tampere as a privately-owned Destination Management Company and PCO provider. The company delivers incentive programs, conference organization, and event coordination throughout Finland, drawing on 25 years of market presence.
The Travel Experience handles the full spectrum of MICE services: conference management and delegate handling, corporate incentive programs including Arctic and Lapland experiences, team-building activities, and group tours ranging from Island Hopping by Bike to Aurora experiences. The company also designs cultural tours—architecture and music tours, UNESCO experiences, and Helsinki urban nature—alongside private guided itineraries and accommodation sourcing. Recent work includes organizing an 8,000-participant Congress in Helsinki and delivering Lapland incentive programs for German corporate clients.
The company holds Travelife Certification and maintains memberships with SMAL, Congress Network Finland, Helsinki Partnership Network, MPI, and SITE. The team operates across a 1-10 employee band, delivering hands-on service for corporate, conference, and leisure clients across Finland.
