About Turevents & Go
Since 2003, Turevents & Go has organized congresses and events across Valencia, positioning the city as an international conference destination. Founded and directed by Patricia Sanjuán, this small Valencian firm brings together event planning, delegate management, and group logistics under one operation.
The company delivers congress organization, conferences, workshops and conventions with full delegate and companion management, including mailing and billing services. It coordinates incentive programmes for national and international groups, sources and negotiates venues with suppliers, and manages accommodation across partner hotels including Holiday Inn Valencia 4*, Hilton Valencia 5*, and Ayre Hotel Astoria 4*. Transport and logistics for groups, itinerary planning with budget control, and on-site coordination complete its offering. Turevents & Go also operates as an incoming agency registered with travel authority CV-Mm1770-V, handling personalized attention for national and international tourist groups. Notable projects include the XIV Congreso EURAM 2014 hosted at Universidad de Valencia.
The team operates as a small unit of 1–10 staff, delivering congresses and events on both full and partial coordination bases.
